The American Museum of Natural History is grateful to Swiss Re for its generous support of the new Space Show, The Search for Life: Are We Alone? The Space Show is the result of the quest of the Museum's scientists, technologists and visionaries to explore the possibilities of finding a world we do not yet know.
Underscoring the show's scientific journey is the importance of water to sustain life. The presence of polar ice caps on Mars suggests that, given different environmental conditions, liquid waterone of the essential harbingers of life as we know itcould be available to support life. By addressing sustainability from this unique perspective, the Space Show is an excellent fit for Swiss Re to promote finding long-term solutions for sustainable development in our world.
Swiss Re's sponsorship is a major initiative in 2002 under its Sharing Solutions corporate citizenship program, aimed at heightening awareness for water conservation and global climate changeall in support of the company's commitment to sustainability.
