Dr. Nebula
This one hour live Science Theatre Performance will engage students grade 1-5 in topics from our early human ancestors to the solar system. Choose from a variety of topics to customize your field trip experience. Students join live presenter Scooter, Dr. Nebula's trusty apprentice, as they explore hands-on activities and find the answers to questions of the universe and beyond.Dr. Nebula shows are offered on a requested basis. Available Programs
- Water Works (grades 2-5)
Water Water everywhere, but what do we really know about where our water comes from. Join Scooter as she follows the story of Drop and learn about the water cycle, conservation and how you can become a steward of water. -
Planetary Vacation (grades 1-5)
Dr. Nebula is lost in space! Come help Scooter learn about the planets and moons of our solar system. By creating a three dimensional model of the solar system and students will help locate Dr. Nebula. -
Life With Lucy (grades 3-5)
What would it have been like to hang out with our earliest ancestors? Dr. Nebula has traveled back in time and it's up to Scooter and the audience to help him get back to the present. As students journey through this adventure they will explore our human origins and learn about our most distant relatives. -
Dino Adventure (grades 1-5)
Scooter is digging up a storm! Uncover the mysteries of the Ancient Dinosaurs and find out what might have happened to them in this pre-historic adventure in Dr. Nebula's Laboratory.
